Our reception staff can advocate for you and if you require an appointment with our Advisor, we will arrange an appointment.
As part of our Advocacy support, we can make calls to various agencies on peoples behalf, we can support with for example (not exaustive):
online budgeting loan or pension credit applications,
online school transfer applications,
child benefit applications,
disability parking badge renewals online,
assist in contacting Liverpool Citizens Support Scheme if in crisis,
scan documents needed for sending to agencies,
and responding to individual queries on a range of issues
Toxteth Town Hall Community Resource Centre
Toxteth Town Hall is a community building based in Toxteth, Liverpool. We have a number of charities and organisations based in the building and also have event and classroom space that can be booked at the best rates around.
