Available daily Monday to Friday at Reception by dropping in between 9am and 2.30pm

Our Advocate/Receptionist staff will triage your issue you have came to the centre with upon arrival. They can advocate for you and if you require an appointment with our Advisor, we will arrange an appointment. If you need to be referred to an external agency, we will either do this directly or provider you with the agencies information.

As part of our Advocacy support, we can make calls to various agencies on peoples behalf, we can support with for example (not exaustive)

  • online budgeting loan or pension credit applications

  • online school transfer applications

  • child benefit applications

  • disability parking badge renewals online

  • assist in contacting Liverpool Citizens Support Scheme if in crisis

  • scan documents needed for sending to agencies

  • issue a Trussell Trust food voucher

  • and responding to individual queries on a wide range of issues
